The car body is scanned using a scanner with very high efficiency and accuracy. A 3D model of the car body is created. The designer creates a splitters design based on the 3D model from the scanned car.
Using CNC machining machines, molds are created that are used for further production of elements.
A plotter machine cuts the shape of products from carbon fiber sheets based on a computer model. The cut pieces of carbon fiber are glued to the mold with special care and working principles.
The elements prepared in this way are placed in foil with a pressure valve. The foil-covered elements are placed in an autoclave and hoses are connected to the valves.
The elements remain in the autoclave for several to several dozen hours at a temperature of 120°C and a pressure of 7-10 bar.
Carbon products require further manual processing. They are sanded, varnished and polished. After completing all the steps, you can start installing the finished splitters into your car.
